What Sorts of People Are Good At Remote Viewing?

At a recent meeting of IRVA (International Remote Viewers Association) I once had a chance ask this question of the late remote viewing heavy-weight Ingo Swann. What he said didn’t surprise me, but it’s worth discussing.
