Super Brain: Unleashing the Explosive Power of Your Mind to Maximize Health, Happiness, and Spiritual Well-Being is a valuable and resourceful book that contains a lot of new information from neuroscience about how the brain constantly rewires itself and how you can help it do this in a directed, conscious, and positive way. I find Super Brain especially helpful for learning to become aware of my thoughts and reducing unnecessary stress. The authors, Deepak Chopra and Rudy Tanzi, also debunk a lot of myths about aging and show you how to slow down and even reverse the aging process, particularly Alzheimer’s Disease. The book is supported by the latest scientific research — for example, see my previous post here about new findings that show the genetic benefits of daily meditation. Highly recommended.
