The Many Interacting Worlds model says that parallel realities interact with our Earth but it doesn’t say when or how. I suggest that sharp permittivity transitions play a role as supported by the work of Hal Puthoff while in AAWSAP and Ken Shoulder who also worked at SRI in the 1970s. The equation above says that Universal Many Interacting Worlds is a function of rho, the interworld potential; epsilon, the permittivity of those world area; and delta epsilon, the permittivity gradient of a particular physical or geographical area of the interaction. In plain English: paranormal hotspots exist because they have partcular charge cluster, permittivity transitions, electromagnetic characteristics that make interactions with parallel realities more likely.
